Ashley and Josie - so sorry to hear of your losses. I wish you every luck for the future! Dawn, as some of the others have said, dont give up hope. There are some cases when the hcg levels start low, such as the starter of this forum. However I have been told that the most important factor is that the hcg levels are going up rapidly - ie doubling every 48-72 hours. That hasnt been the case for me and the hospital nurse has told me not to expect a viable pregnancy - but this is coupled with the fact that I have been bleeding (and getting worse). You are early so I would wait until you get the second HCG tests - good luck for Fri. I also get my 4th set of results then and will be thinking of you! Good luck!!! Hope to hear good news for you on Fri x by the way I think that the clearblue tests can show a positive if you are over 5! the digital ones are very sensitive and show up more clearly and earlier than the non-digital ones in my experience.
