Sam - have you considered replacing your midwife with either a new one or a doctor for the support you so need right now? I have a midwife - she told me my levels were somewhat low but to stay positive - that was four weeks ago and now we have a heartbeat and I'm in my 8th week - sorry I never did get a second reading of my hcg levels after the second u/s - my first one was 907 at 4 weeks and 2 days. Take care of yourself and hope all works out for you and little one.
