Need some help please.....
I found out on 1/16 that i was preg from a hpt. i waited a week to re-test and that also was positive. i called my ob ( would be my 1st visit with her-new dr for me) and i was told she doesn't see anyone before 6 weeks. because i am new to this i said ok. my 1st appt. was on 1/30. on 1/28 my husband and i had sex and it hurt a little. i didn't think much of it. we had a comany dinner that evening and i started spotting-nothing major. the following morning (sun) i had cramps and still some spotting. i called the dr and she told me to get some bed rest until the next day for my dr's appt.
i went in that monday, she checked me and said all was ok. i had my blood work done and had to wait until wed for the results and my 2nd appt. i went to work on tues i felt fine after the dr' appt. no pain and barely any bleeding. on tues at work i had very strong cramps and this time it was red blood ( before it was brown and light). that night i couldn't sleep due to the pain. i stayed home wed and went to the dr. my blood results were back my hcg was 220 and she said they were not too good. (my last period was on 12/17). so according to that i was probably 6 weeks. i had a us done on that monday and the tech did not see anything-no sac nothing but said it was probably too early. meaning i wasn't really 6 weeks. i had another test done and got the results that thur it went down to 193. so she said i was having a misscarriage and had to wait it out. the cramps lasted about 4 days but not as bad. i am still bleeding but it's brown blood now. i've been nauseus and i had a sharp strange pain on my right butt cheek. i lost hope once the dr. said i was miscarrying but i've read so many things and heard so many things that i am not sure i miscarried. i didn't have any major blood clots just regular blood. i had clear discharge while bleeding. my boobs are not sore any more but my back hurts. i have to go back to the dr' today for more blood work. is it possible that i am still preg????? i really don't know what to think. i know someone here at work that bleed for a month at 6 weeks preg and now is 4 months preg. sorry for the long story. so confused
