evae, I had the engorgement problem as well with my first. I would get into the shower and then get a towel soak it in hot water and wrap around my boobs. After my shower I would get out and immediately pump. I have also used a heating pad to help when I couldn't get into the shower. Good luck and hope everything works out for you.
