Bf And Weight Loss Question

I'm br___tfeeding my 3 month old daughter and am now feeling really motivated to lose my last 10 pounds. Actually, I'd like to lose 20! Just wondering if anyone has had success walking for weight loss while bfing. How long and for how many days/week will I need to walk with the baby to help speed weight loss?

Hiya Walking has been great for me. I lost all my baby through going for power walks most days. I was careful not to overdo it though didnt want my supply to drop. I still walk now and I ama stone lighter than my pre pregnancy weight so it worked for me. Hope it works for you too

It worked for you too-remember though you are not supposed to loose more than 2 or 3 lbs a week or it can mess up your milk supply.

We've been walking briskly (me and baby in jogger) 20-30 minutes about 5 days/week for the last couple of weeks and it's already made a difference. I've lost maybe 3-4 pounds and feel much more energetic. Plus I really think the baby likes to get out in the world! Thanks for the tip on weight loss though--I'm not dieting, but I'll watch it.
