It depends on the baby. Different foods can cause different babies to be ga__sy. It is kind of a trial and error thing. Some people say dairy causes their baby to be ga__sy, but it doesn't bother my little girl at all. I did discover that anytime I ate green or red bell peppers, my little girl would get really bad gas. (Fortunately, the gas drops worked really well for her). I cut them out of my diet and she hasn't had a problem since. Other than that, I haven't really noticed any particular foods that cause her a problem. I've also heard broccoli can make some babies ga__sy.

I never had a problem with any food; DS had colic no matter what I ate or didn't eat :((. Common culprits are dairy and broccoli. I do avoid peanuts while nursing and pregnancy because we have many food allergies in our family, but that is not necessary for most moms. You are doing great -- hang in there.
