I can not truly answer your question, but I suspect you will significantly decrease your milk supply if you do not pump during work hours. I do know that you will likely suffer from engorgement or have plugged ducts from not pumping as well.

well at first you will be engourged yes, but if you want to daywean, you can do it gradually. you know first pump 3 times than twice than once and than not at all. personally i was able to get away with pumping once from the start. now i've dayweaned, but my son is 13 months.

If you do not pump regularly at work, you will definately decrease your milk supply and probably dry up sooner.......You should be able to get away every 3 hrs. to pump for 15 - 20 minutes. That way you can store your b___st milk and your baby can still have b___st milk when you are away at work. I know once I went back to work and stopped pumping, I dried up really fast even though I was still pumping at home. I just stopped producing.

It depends how yoyr milk supply is now. I'm exclusevly pumping, my l.o is 5 months old and last 2 months I pump only 3 times a day and I pump about 30oz a day what is more than enough for him. If you already good suply it may be enough to pump only once at work.
