Hi im only 19 and this is my first pregnancy. Im so excitied and I get worried about every little thing. I'm about 4-5 weeks pregnant and at night, usually when Im layin down in bed, I get sharp leg, abdominal and cramps in my sides like I was on my period. It makes me nervous; my best friend just had a miscarriage so Im worried, I really dont want to lose it!

I know exactly how u feel, i too am 5 weeks pregnant and i am having period like cramps as well and it comes and goes. i googled it and it said that if its not severe pain and if there is now bleeding then its probably just your uterus starting to stretch or it was might be implantation. i hope this helps :)

I had those around the first few months. I asked my ob about it and she said that it was just my uterus expanding. The pains subsided some in my second trimester and now in my third I have them again only now they're almost all bh. Hope this helps you!
