7 Weeks Pregnant Feeling Hot Then Very Cold

Has anyone else experienced feeling very hot and flushed then becoming very cold soon after. I feel as though I have the flu, but when I take my temp it's at 99.2, which is in the normal range for me. I have been pregnant before (7 yrs ago), but can't recall feeling this lousy. Of course I have the usual morning sickness, but this is a strange feverish feeling. Any input is appreciated!

Dear Kim: I just got in the net trying to find the answers to my concersn, which seem to be the same exact problems you are discussing. I too was pregnant before, however, do not recall these feverish feelings. Would also like to get input!

I read about hot flashes caused by rise in estrogen during pregnancy on the net. I believe that's what is going on with me. I'm not sure how far along you are, but I'm now going on 8 weeks and my feverish symptoms have diminished greatly this past week. Maybe yours will go away soon! Good luck!

I 4 weeks pregnant with my first and also get so hot that I get dizzy. I'm know it has to do with being pregnant because I have always been a cold person.

This is my second pregnancy. I am suffering from hot flashes and never did have them with my first. I am sure it will be a thing of the past.

I havn't had anything like that before. I have been pregnant before to about 2 years ago and this pregnancy is so much worse than the other one. I feel so much worse this time.

I am seven weeks pregnant and I was just on the net trying to find out just what causes these feverish chills I get... nice to know someone else is going through the same thing!

Dear Kim: I am getting the same symptoms, I am now 7 weeks pregnant. I don't remember doing this with my first two but every preg is different. I talked to my doctor about it and he said it is normal with all the hormone changes going on. I thought I was coming down with the flu. Hope this helps. Good luck.

I am 10 weeks pregnant and I have been trying to find answers to this problem too! It's actually nice to hear that others have felt this same way! I will get cold when I walk into a different part of the room or after I eat. Then I too will get so hot I can hardly stand it. I finally figured this has to do with hormonal changes. This is my 4th pregnancy and the first time I've ever experienced it. I have good days and bad days with this...... hope that helps!

almost every pregnancy is different, the more you are pregnant, the more or worst the symptoms are. just think it will be joy when it is over.

I am 7 weeks pregnant with my first baby and have the same thing. I was wondering if it was an effect of the nausea
