Anyone Else Having Trouble Sleeping

It takes hours for me to fall asleep. I'll be 7 weeks on Monday. Morning sickness arrived 2 days ago, but it's more like "all day sickness". I don't know if my insomnia is from the pregnancy or that DH has been gone almost a month now. (military) Any suggestions on falling asleep would be wonderful. It doesn't help that I usually sleep on my tummy which isn't so comfortable anymore.

Get one of those big fluffy body pillows to cuddle up with. It helps to get comfortable. Its not pre-pregnancy comfort, but its an improvement. I have a hard time sleeping as well, and found that this helped a bit. I'm usually a back sleeper, and having to convert to side sleeping because laying straight out on my back gives an uncomfortable pulling sensation after a bit.

i sleep on my side. sometimes holding a flatish pillow or a bunch of blanket between my legs helps me sleep sometimes. maybe you should try a decaf tea or a comforting bedtime snack. carbs always seem to make me tired.
