Go to forum, look under signs of pregnancy. I listed all my ectopic pregnancy symptoms under implantation - 7 days of brown discharge? Dated 05/07/05 at 00:21. Hope this helps.

My story is about 2 years old now. I had miscarriages before this one and was actually quite ecstatic that I was pregnant again. My BF and I were not trying and this was somewhat of a shock. My symptoms were almost nil. I had a few pregnancy symptoms. I had a regular period the first month and then suspected that something was up. I tested positive for pregnancy. Month two for period, i spotted a brownish color. I was feeling good, great in fact. I went to my DR because of the spotting and previous miscarriages. She asked if I had any pain in my abdomen, sides etc. I had nothing, I felt really good but was so scared about another loss. I also had blood work done that did not look to promising either - she had a suspicion that I was ectopic. She set up an ultra sound for the next afternoon - I never made it there. I had just finished having a shower, when I got all dizzy. I managed to get myself out and laid down on my bed. I still had no pain - none at all. Just an extremely bad dizziness , when I sat or stood. Can you believe that I was contemplating driving myself to the hospital? (it all seems so crazy now) I tried to sit up one more time and knew then, that I needed to call an ambulance. My BF did not know that I was pregnant yet. I wanted to get through the first bit. There is a long story behind this.... I was taken to the hospital and taken into surgery quite quickly. My tube had ruptured and I was in danger of losing my life. My surgeon said that he had to go in twice as they could not stop the bleeding the first time. They were trying to sew me up and i was spurting blood. I lost my left tube - I was sad, for a number of reasons. My saviour was a little golden retriever puppy. ( I was planning on him before being pregnant) he loved me no matter what and made me smile at the worst of times. I am now married (just this April) and my husband and I are trying to have a baby. I am 35 and so afraid that things are against me. I try to stay positive and keep in mind that there are others out there who have had this happen and gone on to have children. One day at a time!! Good luck

Dionne, I have added you to my email here at work. Are you trying again? It is kind of scary - I look at stats and the chance of having another is significant, especially as you age. My Dr will monitor closely once I am pregnant to ensure that all is ok. Let me know if all is well on your end.

charlene, since this just happened to me i am anxious to go for my checkup on wed. to see what my dr. says. i do know he wants me to wait 3 menstrual cycles to let me body heal. so i will do that. then i'm sure he will monitor me very closely as well. he did say my right tube is very healthy. so my right tube and i have some praying to do together!!! but yes... it is very scary. so if i'm not mistaken... you and i are pretty much the same age. you 35, me 31. we both lost our left tube... how is your right tube?
