Bananas

I am 5 weeks and I can't stand the smell of bananas and now i am getting leg cramps but I can't even imagine eating a banana. They smell like permanent marker to me right now. Is there some sort of unscented supplement I can take?

Hi there, I'm in no way an expert but I've done some research myself and most fruits and vegetables have good amounts of pota__sium, especially cantelope, apricots, and avocados. So do milk and yogurt (and ice cream!). Your prenatals or multi should have pota__sium and there's a Vitamin Water flavor called Revive that's fruit punch-flavored and it has a lot of pota__sium. Hope this helps!
