Is cramping normal or abnormal?

I am wondering the same thing...i had IUI last saturday and sunday, and i am feeling so crampy. I wondered if it was my period ( i hope not!) or a preg. symptom!

If cramping wasn't normal, I wouldn't have three healthy kids! You may be feeling implantation, or ligament stretching. However, severe cramping that is persistant or pain that interfers with daily activity or is accompanied by bleeding could mean a possible miscarriage or etopic pregnancy. It never hurts to call your doctor if you are concerned. If it IS nothing, the worse he could tell you is to go home and enjoy one of the not so positives of pregnancy!

jamie you are right ,but how soon can your ligament start to stretching. Is possible it will start stretching at three to four weeks.

Jddie, I've been told that implantation can occur anywhere from 6 to 12 days after ovulation. I experienced implantation bleeding and cramped the whole week before my period was due - lower ab & lower back. Good luck !!!
