Crampy Feeling Of Pressure 6 1 2 Weeks

Hello everyone. Since I found out that I am pregnant, I have been very crampy and when I stand for too long, it feels like I have a lot of pressure weighing down my uterus and it sort of feels like everything is going to fall out so I have to just sit down and it goes away. The cramping usually goes away when I lie down as well. A week ago I spotted brown a few times and my doctor checked my HCG levels and they are rising normally. My ultrasound looked ok too (I have another one next week). Has anyone else felt like this? I had to miss a week of work just because the cramps and pressure make it difficult to move around properly.

Hello Lesley, I am also 6 1/2 weeks and am feeling the same way. I have had 4 miscarriages prior to this pregnancy and it is the first time I am feeling crampy. It usually happens when I stand or move from positions when sleeping. I have my first ultrasound today and am excited. I wish you the best.

I'm so glad to hear someone else having the same type of "pressure" cramps you described. It does feel like everything's going to fall out! Glad to hear everythings ok. Hang in there. Sounds like you'll be just fine.

I've had amazingly horrid cramps for up to 7 wks. I'm now 8 wks and only get what I feel are gas bubbles now and then. But keep the faith, hopefully the cramps will subside in the coming days. I was told that it's from the uterus stretching. I did have an u/s at 6wks 3dys just to be sure everything's fine - and it was!
