Hi Lanislee, I am due on Dec. 23rd, so also pretty close to Christmas! It is my first baby so my husband and I are really excited and nervous. I am 9 weeks and 5 days today. I have an ultrasound on Monday the 30th and I can't wait to hear the baby's heartbeat, I think it will be really rea__suring. I have quite a bit of nausea but no throwing up, lots of cravings, and I feel like I am always thinking about food. I have gained about 4 pounds so far. My b___bs have gotten a bit bigger but are not really sore and, of course, I have to go to the bathroom all of the time. How have you been feeling and what symptoms do you have? Where do you live? I wish you the best of luck.

Hi, I am due Dec. 27th. ( weeks today) MY bb's are killing me everyday since one week after conception. The morning sickness has improved the last three days.....I hope that means it is going away. I have only gained 5 pounds but look like I gained much more. Pants are tight! I dont get it. Going for an ultrasound and possible CVS on June 17th because of my age, 38. Very nervous about having a needle in stomach. Not looking forward to summer. I am in Milwaukee, WI.

Thanks for all the posts. I am due Christmas day and am very excited. We had a m/c in Feb and I never had a period, I just ended up pregnant right away. So, we were very nervous. I had an u/s done right away when I found out and all they saw was the yolk sac, no baby. The dr. said it may be too early to see anything, so I went back 12 days later for another ultrasound and saw baby and heartbeat. Then was given my due date. I haven't been sick at all, sometimes my stomach feels yucky, been kind of constipated, but not too bad, sore nipples, very tired and I go to the bathroom a little more than normal, nothing too bad, though. Other than that, it's been going great so far. I had my first dr's appt last week at 8 weeks and saw it again, very exciting!! I can't wait to get to 12 weeks!!

Hey guys :) Congradulations on all your good news. I am due on Dec 25th. I did not do the math though my doc told me today that I am 8 weeks along. I am gonna have to check on that. Anyways this is my 2nd full term pregnancy. My husband and I are very excited :) My son who is almost 7 is very excited to finally have a sibling. I have already been into the clinic twice for Fluids through IV b/c I cannot keep anything down. Not even fluids! Since I found out I have lost 13 lbs. I had my first initial visit today. My doc said that my uterus is very full. All I could think about was what if it is TWINS!!!! My parternal grandfather was a twin and my husband has twins on his side. Probably just wishful thinking. I am worried about loosing so much weight though. All I can do is pray. Good luck at your visit with the doc in June Gina. I have never heard of a CVS. Geepers I did not realize that 38 is considered old these days. My grandma had my dad when she was in her 50's. I know lots of women that have had a baby older then you. Sorry about your miscarriage lanislee. My husband and I had one right before this. We waited until after having 2 periods because I think that is what they say. Just think.....everything is meant to be and obviously god wanted you to be pregnant sooner. That is such great news that you saw the baby and heard the heartbeat. What a relief! All you can do is hand it over to god. Good luck to you. I hope you start to feel better Vanessa...my doc says that although the morning sickness is heck to deal with it is a good sign of a healthy pregnancy. Good luck to all of you and thank you for your postings :) It is so nice to chat with women who understand.

HI. I am in my 10th week from today! I wanted to ask any of you if you show? My stomach is still really flat, and my next doctors appointment is only in 12 days, and i am starting to worry that something is wrong. i don't have any symptoms and i last saw the doctor 3 weeks ago, heard the heart beat, but it is just really hard from visit to visit, because i really need someone to a__sure me every once in awhile that everything is ok.

wow, congratulations to you all :) my birthday is december 24th and I'm due the 18th.. due dates are usually an estimate and most of the time varies to a week before that date to a week after, but I can't wait til the day comes. it'll be so exciting! I've an appointment this friday so I can't wait to see what's going on. I'm curious, does anyone else feel tired ALL the time? I can't sleep at night, I have so much trouble getting comfortable even though I've practically built a fortress out of pillows.. am drinking chamomile tea, so hopefully that kicks in soon.. I'm really queasy (afternoons to nights) but never throw up.. heard its a good sign for a healthy pregnancy. how's everyone else? I'm in boston by the way :)
