Is it possible to experience symptoms of pregnancy as early as one week after (possible) conception? I'm feeling a bit of dizziness, and my br___ts are significantly more full, and sore! Thank you for any feedback!

I think so. With my last pregnancy, I just knew right away. Then the bloating started...

Yes, very possible! My first symptoms happened a few days after ovulation: excess salivation, constipation, tiredness and sore gums

After reading all of your responses I have felt a little better about things. I had a visit from af on 4/22 and it ended on 4/27. Since about 1 day after it ended my dh and I started every other day ttc. My bbs started to get really tender last friday and are not as tender now, but still nontheless tender. I am not due for af until 3/20. Why would my bbs be soo tender this early? And would the tenderness start to fade a little after a couple of days?

i think what you are experiencing is ovulation. I would keep ttc for the next week or so, because with the dates you gave, you should be ovulating NOW. Even if you have concieved, it takes the egg 10 days to reach the uterus and implant itself and therefore no hormones are being released yet. I wish you luck on your attempts.
