Sweetie, it's just all those pregnancy hormones in your body going crazy. It's totally normal! Your body is still adjusting to pregnancy, but give it time and I'm sure you will start feeling more like yourself the closer you get to your second trimester.

A week or 2 ago I felt the same way. I felt depressed over little things and I also had bouts of anxiety with difficulty breathing. Now I have just started my 8th week and my normal happy mood is back, but I cycle more in a day. I feel like I have a little PMS from time to time, but I am definitely happier. I guess what I am trying to say is that it gets better.

I'm approaching my 6th week of pregnancy and I've been so emotional. I get tearful for no apparent reason - happy and sad tears. Like you, I'm hoping it's normal and I'll be a bit calmer soon.

Ok I'm 9 weeks and feel the same I was trying to pick out a frame for my parents and had to stop or I'd be crying in the store also. I'm very depressed and a complete mood swinger. I hope mine changes after the 1st trimester. Hang in there.

I'm 6 weeks (4 weeks from conception) and my hormones are all over the place too. It's normal though. And apparently a whole bunch of "happy hormones" are released in your body about the time of second trimester so that's something to look forward to. :)
