I am 7 weeks today and as of yet, I have had no bleeding of any sort. Shouldn't the baby have already implanted and shouldn't I have had some sort of implantation bleeding?

Congratulations Kat. I am 5 weeks pregnant (2nd child) and just want to a__sure you that not everyone has implantation bleeding, I didn't have it with my first pregnancy and haven't so far with this one.

Hi...I am 9weeks 6days pregnant and did not have implantation bleeding either. I had my first ultrasound Monday and my little one is doing great. :)

Thanks so much for the rea__surance. After my first (and only) miscarrage in January, I was beginning to think something may be wrong. Thanks again. Gook luck with your pregnancies!

You are very welcome hon. I wish you and your little one the best of luck. I miscarried in the end of November 2004, so I can totally understand your being scared and nervous. I'm the exact same way. Just remember that just because things didn't turn out well the first time around, doesn't mean that this pregnancy won't be perfect. Again I wish you the best of luck.

I am about 8dpo and yesterday I had the tiniest bit of brown discharge in my underwear, and have also had weird cramps going on for about 4-5 days now. Also can see the veins in my arms, chest and bb's A LOT more than usual. Does this sound familiar to anyone...I took a HPT today, but I think it was much too early because it was negative and I'm not due for AF until monday...

Hi Keelteria. I took a hpt at 11 DPO and got a BFN...took another one of the same brand at 12 DPO and got a BFP. So one day can make all the difference. I would try to test again Monday if you don't get AF. Also remember to get a sensitive test. Look at the back of the box and buy one that detects hcg at 25. Usually the generic/cheaper ones will give you results the soonest. The brown discharge definetely could have been IB, so I wouldn't worry too much about getting a negative result yet...It's still too early to tell...Best of luck to you.

Amy, thank you for your info and help...I know I shouldn't have even bothered with the testing today but that waiting just sucks (as I'm sure you know)...I am promising myself that I won't try again until 12 dpo which would be sunday the 15th...hopefully I will hold out until then!
