This should be our last thread before we all greatfully cross over to the 2nd trimester board and end our worries and feeling like c__p!

anyway Kay to reply to your last post on the other thread... the chicken/chip dip thing sounds very odd lol... but intriguing :) and I know what you mean abotu sleeping on the couch... I have no problems there its my bed that I have issues with though I find that when my DH leaves for work and I have the whole bed to myself Im out like a light.. I think its because I end up sleeping diagonally across the bad and use his pillow as leg support lol.

Just popping in. Did we lose everyone or did they just take off for the weekend? I think I've somewhat figured out my headaches. I rarely get them while I'm working, but when I get off or when I don't have to work is when my head starts to hurt. I'm wondering if it has something to do with me being less active and my blood flow slowing down or something a long those lines. Either way, it's still a pain in the b___t.

I myself seem to get headaches when i'm less active and then when i get up to get something for it i'm so dizzy i can't see. looking forward to thanksgiving. its all food and all good. minus cranberry sauce :(

kay i was trying to post in your photobucket thread that i thought your little girl was definately a cutie. how far along are you this time?

I'll be twelve weeks tomorrow. I get like throbbing pains in my head when I have a headache if I've been laying or sitting down and get up. I have to stop, close my eyes, and bend my head down to my chest till it stops. Excedrin tension headache seems to work pretty well. It's just tylenol and caffine, safe to take during pregnancy, but you can only take 2 a day so if the headache ends up coming back later on, you're out of luck.

wow your about one week ahead of me 11w2d but i generally end up not grabbing anything for them since i get dizzy i just sit back down forever afterwards. i don't usually get as many headaches. i get more dizzy than i do headaches. today i have been having the nervous feeling in my belly all day. i hope something isn't wrong because i havent had that. also i didn't feel any nausea when i woke up today.

For most women, the morning sickness goes away around the second trimester. It's possible to feel perfectly fine one day, then like c___p again the next. Try to get up slowly when you stand. If you get up too quickly, blood will rush from your head and cause you to feel faint. Have you been to the doc yet?

kay101 - November 18

Have you had an ultrasound yet? If so, that should help ease your mind. When I had my m/s it was always worse when I just kind of sat around........kind of like I'm doing now. Sitting around, eating a cinnamon roll, getting fat lol I could use a few extra pounds though.

yes i have but it's been awhile. if i could go in everyday i would =) well since about a week ago i do know my baby is fine but from then to early dec. is a guess you know. i could too i suppose i always want something sweet too. german chocolate cake is my thing. also i get spotting well i havent had any recently but i had it twice once was IB the 2nd i don't even know it just showed up. so i always get worried its going to start again too. and i mean worrying like that isnt good either.

Contrary to popular belief, it's ok to have a little stress during pregnancy. It isn't going to hurt anything or cause a miscarriage. Extreme stress can cause low birth weight or premature delivery, but the level of stress I'm speaking of would have to come from something extremely traumatic like being raped, having your house burn down, etc. But if you think about it, that's only because when you're stressed you aren't going to take care of yourself as well. You aren't going to be eating as good, sleeping as much........as long as you make sure to take care of your body everything will be perfectly fine. I had spotting on and off from week 6 - 7 1/2 and nothing was wrong with the baby. It's perfectly fine as long as the blood is brown, not red and heavy and not accompanied by painful cramps.

R__ - November 18

well that makes things a little more rea__suring. because i always get afraid of a stressful event or start to cry after i realized i have been stressed out. really, well im glad things were good with your spotting. I had a little bit of red the last time i spotted but they werent for sure why but said my baby seemed fine and to try to be less active. but i am hoping that i am done spotting with this pregnancy.
