I had a little bit of red the last time i spotted but they werent for sure why but said my baby seemed fine and to try to be less active. but i am hoping that i am done spotting with this pregnancy.

Hello Ladies, I'm 10 weeks today and so EXCITED!!! I had m/s from about 5 1/2 weeks, but now it's getting better. I kinda miss the m/s...lol. Sleeping for me lately has been trouble. I can't seem to get comfortable and I get up at least twice each night to pee. My due date is June 16th. I also spotted from week 5 - 7, is was so scary (especially since I've had 3 mc), But I had a scan and the baby is fine!!! Thank God!!! Apparently it is very common and normal. 2 more weeks and I move to the second trimester......HOLY CRAP that's exciting!!!

hey everyone! Sorry I've been MIA for a while! I had a terrible cough/head cold thats finally going away. My M/s has vanished....which has me relieved because Thanksgiving is this week and I can eat, but I'm somewhat worried, because that was one of my daily symptoms! I find myself pressing my b___bs every now and then to make sure they're still sensitive! Lol. Aaand, they are, so thats good! My gums are swelling too. Sometimes it feels like all my teeth have cavities. Thats the only way to describe it. My whole mouth will be sore at random times during the day, and then it just disappears! I went and saw the Doc on Friday for our first prenantal visit. He has us scheduled to come back in two weeks to hear the heartbeat! I'm so excited! How was everyone's weekend?

ARD - November 19

Hi ladies! Well I'm 11 wks 3 days (due June 6) and my morning sickness is actually doing better. I'm still throwing up 1-2 times in the morning before leaving for work, but once I get something on my stomach and get moving around I feel like I'll live! I have to constantly keep something on my stomach, which is hard for me to do. But I have felt like a part of the world of the living the past 3 days. So hopefully this m/s is wearing off. I also felt movement over the weekend. The flutter feeling...I felt it with my dd but didn't know what it was....then I REALLY felt her move around 16 weeks. But I have noticed movement earlier in this pregnancy probably because I know what to look for. I am SOOOO looking forward to moving to the next trimester!!!!!!!! Especially right here at the holidays! Hope all of you are doing well!!!

Sprinkles - November 19

WOOO HOOO 12 weeks today .... ahhhhhhhhhh I am so happy to have meade it this far.... still feel a little sick maybe not as bad but it definatly has its moments when its worst then others. I also bought maternity jeans this weekend I couldn't stand it anymore - all the clothes i own are tight so if i gain a pound they are snug and I have gained like 9 (GULP) so i cant even stand them ... Well i figured i may as well go shopping and get some jeans at least - I got two pairs they are pretty cool Hey I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday!!!

kay101 - November 19

Wooo 12 weeks 12 weeks (spinning around in a circle with my hands above my head) I barely got any sleep last night. I kept waking up and not being able to go back to sleep still. It's really annoying. R - you can spot after you have s_x or a pelvic exam because they blood vessels in your cervix are really sensitive and swollen so they pop extremely easily. They usually tell you to just rest till the spotting stops. hio - you sound like me with the spotting and m/s. Mine went away around 9 weeks. newlywed - don't worry, it's normal it went away. Maybe you could try brushing your teeth with sensodine to help with the sensitivity. ard - I'm glad you're feeling better......sort of anyway. I know it's hard to keep something in your stomach when you don't want to eat, but it makes a huge difference. sprinkles - Congrats babes! You're right there with me. I have my second appointment next week. I was thinking about maybe buying a couple maternity shirts since they're longer and I still want to wear my jeans. I don't know though, I really think I'm just going to invest in some fitted sweatpants so the waist is stretchy.

fefer1 - November 19

Hey ladies -I got a case of the sleepies this weekend. :) I've finally gotten to the point where I'm totally exhausted. Kind of weird that it's hitting me so late. My m/s MIGHT be getting better, knock on wood...I've had two mornings where I didn't take my meds at 6am and was able to get up and take it at 8 without throwing up first. :) My gums also started bleeding when I brushed my teeth the other day. I guess I just have to be more gentle now. I bought mat. pants too and I am soo muchmore comfortable. Got some shirts too - makes me feel better to not have my shirt only go to my bellyb___ton. haha. As for stress - with my daughter we bought at house at 5 months, gutted it, refloored it, tore out walls, ripped out the kitchen - and had to put it back together in a month before we moved in. Talk about stress! I was a major basket case with raging hormones. :) My poooor hubby!! I don't think he'll ever do that again. Good thing is, my daughter was born at 40 weeks perfectly healthy. Oh Kay - cinnamon rolls! Why did you mention them!!! Now I'm going to have to find a cinnabon so I can get me one!!!! mmmm!!

kay101 - November 19

Oh, yes cinnabon! Pillsbury makes a container of cinnabon cinnamon rolls, it's not exactly the same, but good enough for me. Right now I am craving a slurpee! I must have one at all costs! Glad you're feeling a little better. I'm so exhausted all day then I'm barely able to sleep at night.

hioannidis - November 19

Kay101, you make me laugh!! I loved reading your last response, you didn't forget anyone....lol. Fefer1, I'm like you, as far as the sleepies go, I've been ok until this weekend. I could have stayed in bed from Friday till this morning. And now I feel like if I relax my head to much it will drop and smack off this keyboard. I'm so tired. I keep telling myself "it's ok Heather, as soon as we get home we will go straight to bed" this is me giving myself pep talks to get through the day. It's not working......lol. With all this talk of Cinnabon's and Slurpee's I'm thinking how good would it be dipping a cinnabon in a slurpee..........YUMMY!!!

newlywed0915 - November 19

a cinnabon dipped in a slurpee actually sounds REALLY good! Lol! yesterday I had the strongest craving for refried beans with sour cream, cheese and green onions. MMM it was SO good! Today, I craved corned beef hash. YUm.

Deb - November 19

Hi girls! Well, I too think my m/s might be on its way out. Thank heavens! What a nightmare! I had a few really good days where I didn't throw up at all and I actually had a bit of energy. Last night I decided not to take the medication to see how I felt today and first thing this morning I threw up, but since then I have been okay. Not as good as the last few days, but not terrible like before. I will be 10 weeks tomorrow, yay! I'm glad to hear that most of you are feeling a bit better - we are sooooo close to the second tri. ARD - I was wondering about you. Glad to hear you are doing okay. Kay - loved the pics! I don't have a photobucket, but I do have a piczo site if anyone wants to check it out. w w w . debdoug.piczo.com

Sprinkles - November 19

KAY101 I know we are really pretty close to each other in our term ...thats why i tend to latch on to ur responses LOL i only get a few mins on this site during work lol The maternity shirts seem so expensive to me - I was looking on this one site called kikis maternity and they have some cheap shirts on there I may buy.. I cant wait for turkey day!

fefer1 - November 19

hey deb, glad you're feeling better! I did the same thing with the meds, didn't take it one day and threw up immediately. :) I'll be 12 weeks on Saturday....can't wait to get out of this yucky stage. The second tri is sooo much better!!! As for the cravings, I'm really into clam chowder now. I had a giant bowl for lunch and another for dinner. It was sooo good to me. mmm My cravings are so strange - I guess they all are really. One day you're in love with something and the next you hate it. Hio...my name is heather too so it's weird to see it in a post and not be about me. :) Yeah, sleepies. I went to bed at 10 last night and ... got up at 10 this morning. I just could not get out of bed! And slurpees - I had a dream about them last night. Weird! I just can't wait for Thursday - lots of goooood food to satisfy my cravings. I just there aren't any stinky foods that ruin my meal for me. I don't know where you all live but if you want some cheap maternity clothes, try visiting a Ross store. I found a bunch of shirts there that were around $6-$9 and a really nice sweater for $11. I think they all came from Motherhood Maternity too. The pants weren't as nice there but there were great deals on tops. Target and Old Navy have some pretty inexpensive stuff too - but not as much selection.

kay101 - November 19

I got my slurpee! Oh I love my husband. I won't pay full price for a maternity shirt. I always buy the ones on sale or clearance. lol I don't care if I have the money to buy them, I'm still stingy and think it's a waste for a shirt you only wear for a few months

eastcoast - November 20

Hey ladies! Welcome R, nice to meet you:) Hioannidis, I noticed from another thread that you're in Canada (me too!) Where do you live? So how's everyone doing today??? I've been having horrible, horrible headaches for the past few days, and I think my belly ballooned almost overnight. I made my poor dh watch a 'fashion show' on sunday when I was trying on all of my clothes that no longer fit:( So I bought a few 2nd hand maternity shirts and am still using my bella band (thank god for that thing!), but I'm sure it will be just a matter of time before I'll have to cave and buy maternity pants too....speaking of which, now I really, really want a cinnabon (or 4!) And Sprinkles, you're so not alone....I've gained 12 pounds...so far all in my belly! That's crazy! Today is 12 weeks 2 days for me -yay:) Hey are any of you on facebook???? Maybe we can start our own group there and add pics, etc.? Might be nice to put faces to names....

newlywed0915 - November 20

Eastcoast, are you sure you aren't having twins? They say ppl with twins gain an easy 15 lbs in their first Trimester! ...hmmm? Lol, I'm eating a huge slice of rasberry/cream cheese coffee cake right now. YUM. Hey you guys. Facebook sounds great! My actual name is Christienne Riccomini. Christie for short....anyway, if you have Facebook...add me! I forgot to take my prenatal vitamin this morning and I feel really bad. Oh..a nurse from my docs office left me a message on my cell right before work was over to call her back in the morning. I went for my first prenantal visit Friday and had like 6 tubes of blood drawn and also gave a urine sample. I asked her if they would call if something was wrong... and they called. Eeeek. I'm sort of scared. Maybe they're calling to tell me my hcg levels are really high...bc at 5 weeks they were 43,000 and no one said anything then....? I dunno! Or maybe my blood sugar is too high...?I hope everythings ok! I jsut tried calling back and they're trying to track down who tried to call me because they can't find my chart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
