I have a 7month old right now and shes already a huge handful, i cant imagine having 10 of them! although she wants constant attention right now.She knows shes the baby of the family and can get her way...little stinker! Anyone planning on giving birth w/o meds?

My nausea is horrible in the morning but by lunch time I can't stop thinking about food. Sometimes it returns again by bedtime, but so far no throwing up, thank god. I had no m/s with my first two kids so this new to me. In fact I don't remember any symtoms with them, this time around I have every symptom out there. I'm convinced this baby's going to show up backwards too...lol.

I keep thinking about the no meds too. My husband thinks I'm crazy since I had epidurals with the first too. He just doesn't understand it. I also picked a certified nurse midwife this time around. And I'm so happy with her, she actually spends TIME with you. I always felt like my OB was meeting me for the first time with each appointment.

Hi Jessica!! Congrats to you!! It's funny how the m/s is better some days and then worse. I've been pretty good lately, but today I feel like I did when I first got m/s. I'm not complaining, actually I prefer to have m/s......crazy I know!! At the beginning I was throwing up constantly, no more throwing up but I feel like everything I eat just sits in my throat........I'm 11weeks 4days and so HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my first so I welcome meds, maybe with the next I will try to go o'natural............

Oh.....and about the cooking thing......I hate it right now!! My dh and I have been married for over 5 years and these past weeks of pregnancy we have gotten take-out more times then all the times throughout our marriage............ok, does that even make sense? I think I'm losing my mind......you know what I'm trying to say right?

SHOULD WE START A "JUNE MOMMIES PART 5"? THIS ONE IS GETTING VERY LONG. SOME OF US HAVE A FEW WEEKS TO GO STILL SO IT MAY BE WORTH IT! WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK??

Hey ladies! Welcome to all the new June mommies-to-be. Day 5, no meds during the day, only thrown up twice!!! I am still feeling nasty in the morning and smells are starting to bother me more. I hate feeling my food in my tummy too. I was induced with my daughter and I had the epidural and was SOOO happy. I went from 5-9cm in 30 minutes too so I was super glad I asked for it when I did. I don't even want to know what that would have felt like. I didn't like that I couldn't get up and walk around after she was born, till the wee hours of the morning. They made me go pee 3 times before I could get rid of the IV. Anyways, this time I'd like to TRY to go drug free but I'm keeping my options open. It hurt like hell - and I hate pain. :) I was soooo exhausted too - it helped me conserve some energy by not having to fight the pain. Faye - I thought I was crazy getting pregnant when my daughter turned one - wow, a 7 month old? I feel for you!!! :) My husband wants to wait to find out what we're having but I want to know NOW. :) If it's a boy, I have to go buy boy clothes and get his room all ready - I'm not going to have time when he's born with a newborn and a 21 month old child. I hope he changes his mind cuz I can't keep a secret. haha..

I hated the IV's, thank goodness my midwife doesn't believe in them. My feet sweeled up like balloons after I delivered my other 2 and I hated being confined by the epidural. If I go natural the midwife will let me get in a jacuzzi after delivery and let me bathe the baby myself. That would be cool, I hated not being able to give my babies their first bath. I can't decide on finding out the s_x. We didn't find out with the other 2, but they are 5 and 7 now and we have no baby stuff left. I kind of want to be able to shop but I liked being suprised. DH really wants to know this time, so we'll see.

Oh yeah, the swelling! I was already really chubby from retaining water and then I got MORE chubby. :) You could press on my leg with a finger and have an indent that would last a long time. I would love to be surprised but it's so convenient to know! Plus, you only have to come up with ONE name instead of two. We have started looking at names already and nothing is jumping out at us at all. ugh! That is the hardest thing for me. With our daughter I knew what her name would be right away. I had a dream about her when my husband and I first met - before we were even dating - and so that was that. Kind of strange but hey, it worked for us! :) This time, I have no strong feelings one way or another so...we'll keep looking for names.
