I had a m/c in Nov. and am 5 weeks now. My son is 2 and 1/2 and about 33 lbs. I have to lift him occasionally on and off the potting, dinner table ect. Is this harmful? I feel so exhausted everytime I have to lift him

no there is no reason to believe that lifting will cause a m/c unless you were in danger of having one anyway. Try to do as little as possible anyway and give yourself breaks! You need to take care of yourself.

My doctor said there was no harm in lifting my son. She said to just be very careful. He is 4 and weighs almost 40 lbs! I try not to lift him at all unless I absolutely have to. I actually had to lift him in order to put him in the grocery cart. There is no way I could do grocery shopping holding his hand and pushing the cart. It would be a mess!!!
