Ca__sandra, I advise you to talk to your doctor about your cramping. It is safe for you to take Tylenol, however it may just be muscles and/or ligaments stretching with baby's growth in the womb. Another possible answer is your body telling you that you've been active too much and it's time for a break. Try sitting with your feet up, and watch some TV. But ALWAYS, contact your doctor if you're cramping worsens, becomes very bothersome, or is accompanied with spotting, or discharge. Good Luck!
