Im not sure, but hasn't that got acid in it which may make u a little worse. I am coming up to 12 weeks now and still have nausea, especially in the morning. I tried and orange and it worked. So it's just a matter of exploring and seeing what best suits urself. x

No I called my doc and asked him the other day because that is the only thing that helps me with nausea, but you cant because I think it has asprin in it. You can take malox or mylanta which dont really help me to tell you the truth. I found some suckers called preggie pops online and ordered some. I havent got them in the mail yet, but they are supposed to be really good for morning sickness. Do a google search for preggie pops and you can find some. I will tell you they are kinda expensive though.

eat an apple before you get up in the morning and stay laying down for about 10 to 15 min. then get up and eat something light for breakfast. i did that the first two months of my pregnancy and i wasn't sick the whole day. plus you actually get nutrients instead of chemicals!

I don't know about Alka Seltzer, you should talk to your doctor about any medications before you take them, some of them have additives that are not recommended for pregnancy. For some reason Hawaiin Punch eased some of my nausea during my first pregnancy. Very weird, don't know why.

i dont think alka seltzer could be that helpful its a decongester but it also has stiulants in it that are like midi-endorfins... i am a athletic trainer and i dont recommend it. if you can get through the morning try some spicer foods, like salsa, spiced beef, or just tomatos.. they have done wonders for me, im in my 11th week and i feel sick and headachey in the morning but once i eat something with a little bit of sodium and get some water in me i feel tons better...
