This is my second pregnancy 7 weeks, my first ended with a miscarriage between weeks 5-12 (not really sure because there was no early u/s done). We had our first ultrasound on 3/25 and the doctor said everything looked great, 114 hr and baby measured 5mm. My date and the doctor's date was off by about 5 days (I thought I should have been further along) Anyway, I'm just so afraid that this one will end in a miscarriage as well. I know it's not good for the baby to be so nervous all the time, but I can't stop thinking about it. Need some advice. Should I just be satisfied with the good news and be confident that when I go for the doppler in 4 weeks we'll still hear a heartbeat. Does anybody have stats on survival percentages after a positive u/s and what's a good/ normal heart rate for 6 weeks? Just curious, I'm a bundle of nerves right now!

I've read that after you see the heartbeat that chances for miscarriage go down. If you are in your 20's, the risk is around 4%. It gets higher the older you are. Just relax and enjoy the pregnancy!
