Sorry to be so graphic but everyone seems to be peeing much more than me and i wondered if anyone else is not going to the loo so much?? I'm 7+4 and my doc said you may not start going a lot until 17/18 weeks but most people on the boards seem to be going constantly. DO you think this is normal???

I'm not sure how far along I am yet because I got pregnant right after m/c so they are unsure when to put the ovulation at, but I am somewhere between 4-6 weeks. I don't go to the bathroom anymore often then I did before. As a matter off fact it seems like I go lees often because I cut out all drinks that contain caffiene since I read that can increase your risk of having another m/c. I think the main reason you go more is because the baby puts added pressure on your bladder. And the baby just can't put that much pressure on your bladder until he/she is big enough. Sorry so long, hope this helps.

Hi I remember when I first found out I was pregnant I was peeing during the night like it was going out of style. Now I am 9 weeks and have noticed that I am not getting up in the middle of the night? I am puzzled too. I had an ultrasound last week so I know everything is OK and have morning sickness really bad but I have noticed that I haven't been peeing as much?

I'm 9 weeks and a couple of days, and I haven't been peeing more at all... same as usual, which was never very often... I think it's different for everyone, or if you're like me, we need to drink more... Like Mysty, cutting out the coffee and diet colas has actually reduced my bathroom trips...

I'm 8 weeks today and haven't had any problems with going to the bathroom too much. I drink tons of water too and I don't go anymore than I did when I wasn't pregnant. I'm not getting a belly really either. It's my first. So I figure it'll come when I'm further along, along with the frequent urination. I don't drink as much caffiene either so that's probably helping.

I am only about 5 weeks and I find that I do pee a little more than usual, but only in small amounts. I read somewhere that you may go more because your uterus is growing to prepare for the baby and will push against your bladder. That is also why you feel the cramps around your period time. It is actually your uterus growing to prepare (that's what my doctor said).

Early on in my pregnancy (up to 8 weeks) I went pee a lot, and had all the pregnancy symptoms. Now at 12 weeks, I don't have to pee that much, no more morning sickness, and my b___sts are not sore anymore. But my tailbone hurts :(

I think it's normal. It seems like I never have to go during the day (I'm 14 weeks pregnant) and I drink water ALL DAY! But in the evening I wake up 2-3 times in the middle of the night to go and sometimes while I'm urinating I can't feel myself doing so. It's weird!

I'm at 10 wks and I only go a lot at night as I sleep on my stomach so that probably puts more pressure on my bladder. I probably get up 3 times a night! I swear one of these times I'm going to fall asleep on the toilet! Or dream I'm in the bathroom and wet the bed!

I am using a roll of TP a I am 7.5 weeks~I think the tipped uterus makes it worse on your bladder.
