I'm only a few weeks pregnant and Ive just fallen down in the park, while walking my dog. what are the chances I've hurt the fetus?

I would have to say very very very slim.... keep in mind that the womb is the best shock absorbtion system in the world... i would think you would have more of a chance to hurt the baby in the 3rd trimester than the 1st being that as the baby grows there's less room in there... and during the 1st trimester there's even more things surrounding the baby that protect it...

I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks...a little while before I found out, I fell down the stairs twice...I was dancing and messing around with my cousins and fell hard on the floor a couple times, I drank during New Years, and We have a hot tub and I spent about 20 minutes a night in it for about a week....I'm now 19 weeks pregnant and so far everything looks to be normal....lol you can imagine my worry when I found out I was pregnant thinking back of all the stuff I did! I think that you will be fine, try not to worry about it but if you really are feeling unsure, talk to your doctor about it. Good luck :-)
