My sister had a baby in March and a few weeks before her due date she started cooking dinners she could freeze and re-heat after the baby was born. I thought that was a great idea and I plan on doing the same closer to my due date.

That's a great idea! Ok, I'm not a good cook to begin with so you will have to tell me what kinds of stuff to cook and how long it will stay good in the freezer. Do you mean like ca__seroles?

I plan to make my husband cook. :)

hey that's an even better idea!!! He needs to do something to contribute anyway!!! lol...still would be nice to have a little something that you KNOW will taste good for dinner! lol

I also plan on doing this - it will be so much easier. Stepahnie you could do things like Lasagna, chicken ca__serole, macaroni and cheese, even homemade soup would be good!

Lasagna and spaghetti sauce freeze really well and will hold in the freezer for up to 6 months. :o)
