I'd say the 16-19 days are your most fertile time. Most important.....enjoy trying!

i have read that you ovulate 14 days before the first day of your next period. not much good if, like you and me, you dont know exactly when your period is due. best thing is have s_x each night between 18-22 days after the first day of your last period, that should cover it. Also your cervical fluid needs to be of the right consistency and your cervix will be at its highest inside you when you ovulate, if you put your middle finger inside yourself you will only just be able to feel the hard cervix, where at others times it will be much lower down. I got pregnant last month and it was our worst month for attempts as i was away so much. You just need to try and be patient. Hope this is of help to you. Very best of luck x

I am a 32 day cycle as well, and I had an ovulation calculator that told me days 19 and 20 were my most fertile, but I actually ovulated on day 15, since I was doing the cervical mucus test, plus I can feel it!! Sometimes it's best to go by other methods than these silly numbers the computer throws at us!!

My periods are all over the place, get an ovulation predictor test which will pinpoint your most fertile days. I used Target brand tests and got pregnant the first try. Good luck!

If you are not sure when your ovulation days are, you should try and have s_x every 2-3days. Every 2-3 days is best because it keeps the sperm count high, the sperm lasts inside you for up to 4 days. So this way you always have sperm inside for when you are ovulating. When you Ovulate you have 24-48hrs at most. So having s_x every other day (every 2-3days) will ensure that you always have sperm when you need it. I know it's not much help for tonight - but that's the best advice I had.

Out if curiosity, what day is your cycle in today? Since ovulation occurs about 14 days before your period, I would say your most fertile days would be somewhere around 17-20. Leah's story shows that things don't always happen by the book, though. If I were you, I would start trying around day 12 just to be on the safe side. After all, the fun is in trying anyway. No such thing as too much s_x. LOL Oh, and by the way, listen to tiffani. Ovulation tests work! I'm not sure how much the Target ones are, but I bought mine from www.at-home-pregnancy-tests.com. I bought 20 test strips for $17. But they take around 3-4 days to receive in the mail. So if you go that route you might want to be on the safe side and have s_x until you receive them. Good luck Shell!

Ok, I had what we country girls call a brain fart. LOL You said you need help tonight, and I'm talking about ordering tests that take 3-4 days to get in..... duh m...... sorry about that! Run to the store and get you some predictor sticks. Happy conceiving! :o)

For future reference...PLEASE read Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. It tells you everything you need to know about how to track your fertility - things no doctor or friend or family member has ever told me. By monitoring simple signs you'll be able to know just when you're fertile. I used it and got pregnant after trying for one month!
