Ok, I know I have asked this question on another forum but I need some helpful advice! I have just squeezed some fluid from my nipples, I know, kinda gross. Is this a definite sign that I'm pregnant, or could this be something else? Mothers and Mothers-to-be, please help, has anyone else had this symptom?

No, it's not a definate sign that you are pregnant. You could also have an STD.

Take a pregnancy test. If you're pregnant, you need to see a doctor. If you're not pregnant, you need to see a doctor to find out why you have a discharge. When I was pregnant the first time, from about the fifth month on, I could squeeze a clear, sticky fluid from my nipples. I think a nipple discharge when you're not pregnant could be a sign of cancer, but I'm not too sure.

Jbear is right--see a doctor either way, but to get some idea sooner, try a HPT . . . have you missed any periods? That's also a pretty big sign of pregnancy

This doen not mean that you are pregnant. This has happend to my girlfriend. Her Dr. told her that he body wants her to have a baby. With her, her biological is ticking.
