I am 10 weeks Pregnant with my second and I already have very swollen feet. Does anyone have any tricks on how to help ease the discomfort.?

Footspa!! Or a simple bowl full of water! I find having them ma__saged helps, or lying down with my feet resting on something. Hope this helps!

Ease up on (or eliminate) your salt intake. Elevate your feet whenever you can. I also got graduated compression stockings at Motherhood Maternity, and they seemed to help as well.

Ma__sage at night. Try "Leg Relief" Cocoa B___ter Formula of Palmer's. It's great not only on feet but also on legs. Drink a lot of water and as lynnstress said, elevate your feet. I ended up buying one of this pregnancy pillows, and I put my feet all night on them. That will also help reduce the appearance of spider veins. Good luck!

Drink alot of water, I know this sounds wrong but adding fluid will help you push fluid out, raise your feet above your heart (lay down and put on pillows or in a lounge chair) and cut out your salt intake. That should help with the swelling. Congrats on your pregnancy!!

Exercise really helps me, but at the moment I can only swim. I am 33 weeks and gave up walking at week 25 as my tummy muscles were hurting too much. Now, by lunch time I am getting swollen feet and hands and it starts to hurt to use my computer mouse. I go swimming every lunch time and when I get back, everything is back to normal. I really think getting moving helps a lot. If I didn't have access to a pool, I would definitely soak in relatively cold water.
