I like the answers you give here it sounds like your experienced so I have a question for you. I was due to get my period on 11/26, I got in on 11/30 but it was normal for about 1 day, then for the next 3 days, it was kind of light/spotty, mainly there when I wiped. I could have used a pantyliner. It usually lasts about 5-6 days for me and its heaviest during the 1st 3 days. Totally opposite this time. I took a HPT this morning and at the Gyno and it was negative. Question is, can I still be pregnant? Could it have been too early? I'm feeling bloated, I have cramping pains in my lower stomach and back, and I'm very emotional. What do you think?

Hey Missy! Sorry, I'm just now seeing this thread! I totally think you could still be pregnant. You may have heard me say this before, but with my son, I didn't get a positive until nearly 2 weeks after my missed period. hcg levels do not rise at the same rate in all women. Ok, if you were due on the 26th, you most likely ovulated about the 12th... if you are a 28 day cycle. This seems a bit late for implantation bleeding, but I have heard that it can come around the time of an expected period, and be mistaken for a period. Have you ever been late before? Get you a sensitive hpt... First Response Early Result or something. Don't pee through the night, and take the test first thing in the morning. Your urine should be concentrated as long as you don't pee through the night. Hopefully you'll get at least a faint line... that's what I got. It was so darn faint I didn't know whether to believe it or not! Plus it didn't show up till over 30 minutes later. Keep the faith girl! Take the test in the morning, and come back and let me know how it turns out! I have to go for now, but I'll be back on in the morning to see if you've written. Good luck and I look forward to hearing from ya! :o)
