Good morning all, I hope everyone is doing good. Brooke is finally starting to feel better with her upper resp. infection. We had an ok weekend, we got her the rainforest jumperoo and she likes it ok. We had to put phonebooks under the bottom b/c of her short legs. Gearing up for halloween...we always have so many trick or treaters, I always run out of candy but I love it..we have little ones and they are so cute. I have had some that try and come in and some that do come in..its funny. I am sending a some new pics of Brooke in my pumpkin wagon planter..they are soo cute.

Hey everyone! Gave Josephine some oatmeal for the first time this morning, SOOO funny! I'm sending pictures to the June babies e-mail of her messy oatmeal face after I post this! haha we kept having to postpone giving her the oatmeal because I either had school or we were going to visit my friend (and you know I wasn't going to let my husband do it for the first time without me showing him how haha) so we finally did it today. So I went with my best friend to start her baby registry and I just thought I'd share this funny story, we're sitting down at the registry table at Babies 'R Us and I overheard an amployee as the girl next to us, who was also starting hers, how many people she was expecting at her baby shower. The girl said 50 and the employee said "If you're expecting 50 then I'd aim for registering for 250 items" I was trying not to laugh! IMAGINE THAT! Imagine putting 250 items on your registry! Anyone else think that is absolutely ridiculous!!?? I can't even think of having 250 DIFFERENT things to put on my registry unless I was registering for everything I'd need for her first 5 years of life or something. I just couldn't believe that haha. So anyway, I'm REALLY sick. I have a really bad cold and have almost lost my voice completely, it's terrible. Especially since I have to be alone with the baby all day =( Alright well I'm gonna go send those pictures... talk to you all later!

Great pics impatient!!!She is so cute!! Love the big eyes... She has dark eyebrows like Keira.. :o) keira had a fit this am because she wanted my breakfast and I wouldn't let her have some. I can;t imagine having that much stuff on my registry. that is ridiculous.. keira has been so funny lately.. she has this fake cry /whine/ yell she does when she wants us to pay attention to her... its so funny.

I don't know what's up with Jojo today. It's 4:00 and she's only taken 2 naps that were 45 minutes each. I know she's tired but she just won't nap today. She took a 4 hour nap yesterday! I couldn't believe it.

wailing - October 30

Hey guys. Wow...already Nov! That means that the Holidays are right around the corner! CRAZY! Ty's been hilarious too. Stares at us when we eat and goes nuts when we drink anything. But, that's b/c I put my gla__s w/ water up to his mouth and tilt it back like he's drinking. I figure it's only water so if a drop or two gets in his mouth, it won't hurt. Anyway, he smacks his lips like he's really getting something. And we bought some spoons already so I can put it in his mouth so he gets used to the feel of it. I can't wait to start solids!!!!! EXCITED--Ty's just like Keira...has this fake whine thing for when he wants something now. He expresses his feelings VERY WELL haha. I love that they are so emotional. He reaches for things all the time and grabs at everything. He eats his feet all day..but still HATES to roll. He's done it, just not interested in doing it again. He would rather stand up. KELLY--Hud is a big boy...funny he doesn't look it. Ty is the opposite, he's sooo heavy when u pick him up and so chubby looking but when we weighed him he was only 15lbs. Can't wait to see everyone's pics. JENDEAN--glad u guys are feeling better. s_x--Excited...a few times a week is great! We do it MAYYBEE once a week right now, but i just started my period again (yuck) so we'll have to wait another wk:-( At least we talked about it and both decided it was no biggie cause we wanted to but were too darn tired!! Gosh, period is sooo heavy. Can't wait to get on the pill.

excited2bemama - October 31

HAHA- wailing- Keira is super fat and has really chunky thighs- I think she only weighs about 15 lbs too.. but she is short (24 inches) so she is sort of short and fat.. haha- PERIODS... yuck i just got mine again yesterday (it was 29 days from my last one so definately getting back on track.. heavier than normal but not to bad.

Sorry I have been MIA.... things are crazy with husband working all week out of town, Jackson has been acting up... Jenna is back to sleeping ok but up two times per night and for good around 5.... Just crazy!! Jenna is doing the screaming thing too..and sings... that is what we call it. It is soo adorable. She has an in grown toe nail.. which sucks.. warm water soaks and cream is all we can do. She is growing soo fast. All the babies are!!! So.. am I the ONLY one with no period yet?? I need to go in for my annual exam here soon so maybe mention it then. Not that I am complaining.. but just seems odd... I guess not though.. I was never regular anyway.. poly cystic ovarian syndrome.. sometimes missed a few months all together. S_x... with dh gone maybe once per week... soo tired. Well, have a happy halloween all!!

pebblesnbambam - October 31

Ok.. just heard from my doctor... she calmed my nerves and said it is extremly NORMAL not to have my period while bfeeding... esp with my history of not getting one for many months... BUT doesn't mean pregnancy can't happen even without period. DH and I were not careful a few times... so that is in the back of my head but not planning on doing any testing or anything. She said you ladies with your periods are NOT THE NORM :) FOR ONCE... I am in the norm!!! Anyway.. Jendean.. glad Brooke is feeling better. Jenna still is congested...other morning suctioned out her nose and some blood in there.. sure it is from all the runny noses.. poor thing.

excited2bemama - October 31

Pebbles you are totally right... its not that normal to have a period while totally b___st feeding. My sister in law doesn;t ever get hers till like 15 months post partum. my natural family planning teacher said that in all her years of teaching she had NEVER seen anyone exclusively b___stfeeding get a post partum period at 5.5 weeks post partum... Guess I am a freak of nature. But yeah you can ovulate before getting your first period which is how you can get pregnant. before getting periods.

Hey girls! I love all our of big healthy babies! And of course the little ones too : ) But man, there is something about those leg rolls that just melts my heart!!! Impatient---that is NUTS that lady said 250 items...just plain nuts. Who would ever have the time to add that many for one, and for two...why on earth would somebody need that much stuff? Ridiculous! Are you feeling better yet? I hear there are some nasty bugs going around right now. My boss has it and I'm SO hoping not to get it! I better start taking the airborne right now. OMG those pics of Jo are SO cute!!! I love that little setup. Freakin' adorable!!! Excited---that is so funny about Keira's fit she had cause she wanted your food...isn't it amazing how quickly they pick up on new things??? Are you feeding her any cereal or solids yet? Hud is LOVING them!!! We've only done rice cereal and fresh sweet potatoes so far...but man, you can't shovel them in fast enough! lol. Funny you mention the yelling thing because Hudson just started doing that too!!! I don't think he's trying to get our attention though, he just does it when he's playing and happy. So, pretty much all of the time---Unless he's mad and then he'll start his real cry. WAILING---Don't you love watching Ty eat his little tootsies??? It's so cute! When are you planning on starting solids? I couldn't remember. PEBBLES---I figured something had to be going on since we didn't hear from you lately...I hoped everything was ok! Sorry to hear jackson is acting up though. Is he doing better now? Do you notice it more when dh is out of town? I think singing is a good way to put what these lo's are doing now...maybe I should call it that instead of yelling. Sounds much nicer. lol. OH and no you aren't the only one without a period yet---I haven't gotten mine either. I had that once incidence of bleeding---but my naturopath said it wasn't a true period apparently...so I haven't gotten one either and I have pcos too. Doesn't that suck?? I hate pcos!!! Does anybody have anything fun planned for today? I'm not a huge halloween fan...but I am so excited to dress my boy up! : )

pebblesnbambam - October 31

Jenna has not found her toes yet... she has seen them but can't get them up to her... must be the rolls preventing her :) Love those rolls! My son was getting more "real" foods and not the gluten free foods... so we are getting him back on his diet and trying to keep him away from dyes, sugar,etc... can't completely... they are kids.. but for the most part really trying. I think he is not sleeping as well and he was out of his routine for a few days. If we don't follow routine we are in big trouble. Tonight should be interesting... he had a halloween party today, speech school (no nap), then going trick or treating. Kelly, you said you see a naturopath... ?? I am checking with one for my son.. they have a lot of things that could help with calming him. He has high anxiety as well as Aspergers. How do you like seeing a natropath? Anyways... just taking son around the neighborhood and then pa__sing out candy with dd. It is cold and windy here... Son is Mickey Mouse... daughter is Wonder Bread! Pictures to follow!!

Jo is all of a sudden a pro at solids! We're giving her the oatmeal cereal (the pediatrician said to do that for atleast a month before you start the other foods) and she loves it! she opens her mouth for the spoon and does so good, I'm so proud! I'm so excited to start the other foods, we went to Target the other day and I bought all of the little 1st foods and my husband was like are you crazy? we can't do it for a month? I was like I KNOOOW but I'm excited haha. PERIODS- Mine is still going on, 1 week 2 days long so far. But I am already being bad with my birth control, I started it on the first day of my period and I already forgot once! I need a better reminder. I decided to take it at 9pm every day because I figured I'd mostly be at home at that time but geeez, I can't believe I already forgot once and I end up taking it at like 10 or 10:30 by the time I remember, I'm so bad. I need to get on top of that! haha Oh funny story about birth control... I got pregnant while on birth control because I think I forgot a day or two, anyway I took this old purse of mine out of the closet to use and I found a birth control pill in one of the pockets! My husband was like "THAT could be Josephine!" hahaha What's everyone doing for Halloween? I'm gonna dress Jo up (she has 2 costumes because one was a gift) as a pumpkin and a monkey, she's gonna have a costume change haha I'm gonna help my mother in law pa__s out candy. Anyone elses little ones move A LOT in their sleep? but don't wake up because of it? Jo has been moving soooooo much while asleep I CONSTANTLY get up because I think she's awake or waking up but she's not! like last night she was sound asleep but doing weird a__s things with her legs, it was like she was double jointed they looked like they were gonna fall off. And then she'd pull them back, and lift her b___t off the mattress, and then slam her legs down. And she doesn't wake up!

excited2bemama - October 31

KELLY- I haven't given Keira anything other than an apple and banana in a mesh feeder. I had really hoped to wait till 6 months but she is demanding it- Also she still spits up ALOT so I am pretty sure she will spit up whatever I give her.. I am going to get some baby oatmeal at Target this weekend. Does anyone ele's Lo still spit up alot?? HAS anyone tryed a sippy cup with their LO yet? A friend of mine is giving her 4 month old a sippy.. I think its called a nubby cup??

ImpatientMommy - October 31

you know someone giving a 4 month old a sippy cup!? does their 4 month old even know what to do with it or know how to hold it????? no offense but that just sounds ridiculous to me. If I were you I'd try some oatmeal with keria. It's called a "solid" but it's not like apple or banana, you know? it's a liquidy solid and might make you feel better. I only give Josephine a few spoonfulls twice a day before her bottle and she still spits up but such a tiiiiiny amount, hardly anything to even call "spit up" but she does it after every feeding or so. But it's not a lot and it only happens like once like an hour or so after a feeding.

momtbc - November 1

HI I have a lot of catching up to do. Busy week! I just emailed some great Halloween pics from last night. If you get a chance, check them out. They are supercute, if I do say so myself! Ha! Ha! Be back soon!

momtbc - November 1

PEBBLES - I still don't have my period, but I stopped b___stfeeding 2 weeks ago. I think by now, I am completely dried up. I've been feeling a little sick to my stomach lately and a little wierd feeling, so not sure if period is coming soon or what. Anxiously awaiting for it to start, but dreading the monthly period!
