Light Sleeper

I know this question has probably been asked hundreds of times already, but my baby girl is 10 months old now, and she still wakes up between 1-2 times every night. She is br___tfed and bottlefed, and she has done this since the day she was born. When will she start sleeping through? My husband is a big softy and won't let her cry for more than 30 seconds before going in there to pick her up if she wakes up again after I feed her and put her back down, which makes it even more difficult to teach her to go back to sleep on her own. I work full time, so I'm just so ready for her to sleep through. She doesn't really have a set bedtime, but it seems like the later she goes down, the better she sleeps. We usually bathe her, feed her, then rock her to sleep (my husband insists on doing so). Anyway, I was just curious if any of you have any tips for getting them to sleep through at this age. Thanks!

RJ22 - just replying as I can see myself in your shoes in 4 more months. My dd fits the same description we are going on month 6. A "good night" for us is if she only gets up 3 times.
