Ok, I think I finally figured out why my br___ts hurt so much....now I have a new problem! Does anyone else get sharp shooting pains in their va___a occasionally? I had a ten pound baby and one small tear but it didn't require st_tches. Could it be my tear causing me pain? Or does this just happen after having a baby? It seems worse today than other days, but it comes and goes. It was bad this morning and now it's all gone.

I also tore, but it was a pretty large tear and I dont recall ever getting those sharp pains. I would suggest calling your dr just to make sure nothings wrong

I also had a ten pound baby boy and i did not have to be cut much at all. I only had a few st_tches and i healed really fast and really well. I have never had those sharp pains at all. I would call your doctor just to make sure all is normal because i know that everyone does heal differently.

I don't understand, how can you tear and not require st_tches? I'm confused.

I had my daughter 14 months ago and I still get those shooting pains. Its caused by the seperation of your sacroilliac joints where your hips and spine meet. It gets better with time but I got some pain meds to help up until the 6 month mark. Best wishes.

pbj -- My tear was small enough that my midwife thought it didn't require st_tches, it would heal better on its own. And I haven't noticed it at all, it didn't hurt a bit while healing, unlike the st_tches I had with the last one.
