31 Wks Low Sugar Low Blood Pressure

I keep getting episodes where I faint, get the shakes, sweats, heart palpitations and nausous. When I drink juice and lay down. I feel better. This has happened to me even after I have eaten. My sugar and blood pressure are normally low and since I've been pregnant they have gotten lower. Last week I had four episodes. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I had a bit of it when I was b___stfeeding. My sugar is usually low. Make sure to eat good quality protein throughout the day and avoid sweets which will bring it up, but result in a worse crash later. Peanuts are a good thing to keep with you. Eggs in the morning and meats as much as possible. I know it's a pain, but try to eat frequently. I don't have any experience with low blood pressure.
