I have lost my baby when the pregnancy was 32 weeks because of preeclampsia. Will I have the preeclampsia on the next pregnancy and how can I prevent.

Every pregnancy is different, but you have an increased chance of getting preeclampsia again if you've had it before when compared to someone who didn't have preeclampsia. I'm sorry for your loss. They will likely monitor you even closer in future pregnancies and will hopefully catch it immediately should you develop it again. It's definitely not a given that you will though! If you have high bp even when not pregnant or are overweight, then getting both of those under control before you try to conceive again will reduce your risk of developing the condition again.
