After how long I can be pregnant if I had preeclamsia and the baby dye.

How far along were you? The further along you were, the longer you should wait. If you were full- or near-full-term, then you should wait as long as a woman who delivered before trying again. Depending on your doctor, many will recommend waiting up to a year. You'll probably find the preeclampsia disappear quite quickly. My bp was back to normal, my swelling was completely gone and my urine test was completely perfect by my 6 week post partum check up. You're best off checking with your doctor though.
