Hi I'm worrying about everything these past few days since learning my hcg levels are only at 907 at 4 weeks and 2 days. I find if I get up to quickly from where I am sitting - there are some sharp pains that run across my lower abdomen - is this normal? They do subside once I am up and about...thanks

The sharp pains are just your ligaments stretching to get ready to grow baby. Totally normal.

Hi karen im also 4 weeks exactly, and have been having these pains - Im a bit worried too. my doctor just said to wait until next week, test HCG and if its over 1500 do a vag/ ultrasound to check its not an ectopic. I also get some very small period like pains in the lower center - over the uterus. but my HCG levels today are only 300 - 3 days ago they were 83 so I suppose thats good.. do you mean 4 weeks after last AF, or 4 weeks post ovulation?

Thanks for the replies - I am four weeks from LMP - July 11th - at present I am five weeks and two days. I just find it incredible to have such type of pains when I go to get up - isn't it kind of early...I am very worried as my hcg level was only at 907 on August 10th - I won't be retested until August 19th and I sure do hope to see a little heart beat....I will be six weeks. I'm panicking about everything - this is my first and usually I just let nature take its course...but I can't help but be consumed with the changes in my body...I've read both good and bad stories...and stories of hope...I also heard you don't generally have ligament pain until later in pregnancy....anybody know different? Thanks again.
