Retrochorionic Fluid

Last week i noticed some light pinkish blood on the toilet paper. I went to the doctor who sent me for an ultrasound straight away. At the time i was exactly 6 weeks from my last period. The ultrasound located some retrochorionic fluid above and to the left of the sac and no heartbeat, I had lightish pink bleeding which turned browny for the next couple of days and then it went away, this was also with mild cramping like period pain the days leading up to getting your periods. I was told that i have a 50% chance of miscarrying, I have another ultrasound tomorrow which i will be 7 weeks and 2 days, if there is no heartbeat i will be booked in for a D&C. Has anyone been through this, is the fact i haven't bled any further a good sign. I still have morning sickness and i still feel as bad as a pregnant women can in her first few weeks.
