Normal To Doubt Yourself After Stillbirth

Am I normal to doubt myself after my son's stillbirth 13 weeks ago. There was no cause found for his death. He was full term and I went in for my scheduled c-section only to hear the horrible news that only hours before, we lost him. Dr. knows we want to try again and says "no reason not to". I am so unsure of myself now, and I am sure it is just fear, but how do I overcome the anxiety? Because, if we are blessed with another pregnancy, I don't want to put stress on the new baby? I think I won't ever be able to exhale, (sort of speak) (P.S. Marie, I tried to respond to you but, it keeps coming back to me unsent, good luck and I pray for a successful delivery for you. )
