18 Weeks And Still Fatigued Anyone Else

I thought it was supposed to improve in the second trimester, but i still have days where I could sleep all day! Not everyday thank goodness but on those days I get nothing accomplished and have 2 other children to care for. Also, I have felt movement since week 13, and now the movements are so strong I can feel from outside! I have even felt on both sides of my uterus at the same time so the thought has crossed my mind of more than one baby in there! I have my U/S on Monday so I will know then. Anyone have anything to share?

ME TOOO!! I've been so tired. I'm usually an early riser and on the weekends I've been sleeping until 9:30am. I'm usually up by 7am. And I've been so hungry... I mean so hungry. I'm 19 weeks.

I am hungry during the day, and eat mostly fruit! By the afternoon my appet_te lessens and I have a hard time eating dinner, The smells make me so nauseous I can never think of what I want to cook! I drive my hubby nuts with this! Today is one of those days, I just want to sleep. I've had 3 in a row now. I am sooo tired.

i have been feeling the same way I am 20 weeks TODAY!!!!. And all i want to do is sleep, i have even thought about taking the afternoon off just so i can go get some rest, all i want is fruit.....i know how ya feel.......i was doign rather well last week, but then again i haven't been feeling the greatest this week. i think it is cause the uterus is growin up behind my belly b___ton and making me have a real upset tummy.......i need a nap

I thought I was he only one! I'm 14w5d, and I've never been more tired in my life. The nausea started subsiding at 13w, but the past few days have been really hard at work. By 3pm, I feel absolutely miserable. We should be past this by now!! I've found that if I work from home and rest during lunch, I feel much better. No wasted energy making myself look presentable, or commuting. I'm going to try to work at home as much as possible from now on. Hope everyone feels better!

The thing that is alarming is that all information I have found on second trimester fatigue is that it should subside! The other thing is to get your iron levels checked to make sure you don't have anemia. Your body needs more iron for the increased blood supply during pregnancy. I'm waiting to hear back on this. The other possibility is twins! Yikes! I read a lot on the subject and ongoing intense fatigue is a common complaint of women preggers with twins or more. Food for thought!
