Ok, I am a first time mommy...I never thought I would be pregnant and used to cry that I would never feel my baby growing inside that I am pregnant...I love everthing about it thus far, I am 23 weeks along. Of course I didn't get morning sickness. I am shocked about the feeling I am having, the experenice I have had so far have been easier than I thought they would be, I haven't had back pain yet (knock on wood), but so far I have had the supirse of how interesting it feels for the baby to move. Anyways, I was wondering, for you, what about your pregnancy have you experenice that you didn't expect, is pregnancy easier than what you thought, harder? Whats your opionos...

I think its crazy feeling her moving around in there. I didn't expect it to be so noticeable and intense.

I am 24 weeks and I guess I think a little differently. I can't wait to meet my baby and ever since I was a little girl I couldn't wait to have my own babies. I love babies but I gotta tell you- this pregnancy stuff rather sucks. Yeah its awsome to feel the baby move and kick and I know I am lucky that I can have babies at all since so many people suffer from infertility- but OMG- I had the worst m/s until about 15 weeks- Like I coudl barely get outta bed and was nauseas and throwing up 24-7- even now at 24 weeks I am still throwing up daily and I can't go more than a few hours without eating or I get really really sick... I have to pee constanly- Anyways- I love the baby part just not a big fan of the pregnancy stuff- and Dh and I want 4 kids so I will be doing this again for sure... makes me really scared to get pregnant again. :o) So I guess to sum it all up- I love that my body can do it- I just DON'T love being pregnant. :o) and thats my 2 cents!! :o)

haha, excited, I TOTALLY agree, however you had it much worse than me... I'm just a baby. I wasn't built for pregnancy!! :) I hope your ms does get better though, I couldn't imagine throwing up every morning. :(

I love it. I have had a wonderful pregnancy, I have had some stress with test and things but all around it has been wonderful. We tried for 3+ years to have this baby and were able to concieve after 2 years of fertility treatments. I feel guilty complaining because I prayed so hard for this baby but I really have not needed to ITS GREAT

I can remember crying myself to sleep when i was little, begging God to send me a little brother or sister b/c i wanted a baby so bad. Now, at 27 i felt it may never happen for me. I have celebrated for many years my friends having babies and my heart has ached for a baby of my own. I never imagined being pregnant and single, so that has been the first surprise. I am on cloud 9, though, waiting for this baby and although i wish there was someone to share in this with... i am blessed with the help of my mother and my friends. I didn't realize how uncomfortable pregnancy would be... but i'm getting used to sleeping on my side now. I had severe morning sickness, and still get sick a few times a week (18 weeks)... i also get a lot of heartburn and i'm developing carpal tunnel. The worst part has been the worring and the complications i have experienced.... and the best part is seeing my little guy in ultrasounds!! :o)

I've also had it very easy... no m/s, constipation, back pain, stretch marks or any of the other icky symptoms (knock on wood). The only thing that's sucked for me is the weight gain... at 28 wks, I'm up 29 lbs since pre-preg, 34 above normal, even though I eat healthy and still run. I'm normally pretty small (5', 105), so I just hope this baby isn't so big I end up with a C-sect! For those of you who ttc'd for a long time, what finally worked for you? My sister's been ttc for 1.5 years, and she's just started injectables, so I'm really curious what did the trick for everyone.

TamaraAngel - February 11

Linstwin -- Are you and your sister talking now? I remember an earlier post of yours where you mentioned that your sister was resentful of your pregnancy b/c of her difficulties TTC. Have you two worked things out? Good luck to her, i hope she gets her BFP soon!

I'm really excited to be having a baby - can't wait to meet him. However, I just hope the next 2.5 months goes fast because being pregnant really sucks

I love the feeling the baby part of being pregnant. That's such a warm fuzzy thing. Aside from that, I could fast forward to three months from now and be just fine. I miss many things about life pre-pregnant, mostly sleep and the occa__sional gla__s of wine, but really I feel blessed to have conceived w/o too many problems.

mommybabyboy21 - February 11

TamaraAngel actully I am like you too...the only thing I don't like about my pregnancy is that I have no man bf believed that I couldn't get pregnant because that is what my dr always told me so when I ended up pregnant he said I lied to him and he left. But I have wonderful support of family and friends. I guess I didn't really think about the negative when I posted this...but I would have to say the worst is not having a man and the scary I had in nov. when the dr thought my baby was dead and actully said your baby is probably dead...(she thought that because I didn't have any sympotoms of being pregant at 12 weeks.) Well needless to say she is no longer my ob. I now have a great ob.

squished - February 11

Oh my god....I can't believe that your ob said that! I'm glad that you got a new ob. I would want to kill mine if she said something like that!

mommybabyboy21 - February 11

oh I did want to kill her...I cried for three days...I even cried after I knew everything was ok...because I was in such shock I swear I wanted to kill her...more than I want to kill my ex

c_baer19 - February 12

Well I'm only 17 weeks, so I haven't felt the baby much yet, but I'm so excited to start feeling it. =) I love being pregnant so far, minus the bloating and junk, haha. Oh, and the 'in-between' stage, where you aren't really in maternity clothes or your prepregnancy clothes.

jendean00 - February 12

LIns, Info for your sister. After 2 years of taking clomid..they will only give it to you in 6 month rounds. We decided after a long debate to go ahead with the clomid and the injectables followed by the IUI. I had an IUI done 2 days in a row and concieved on the 1st try with that. Now I am 20 weeks PG with a little girl.

jessicaspatherapist - February 12
