Groin Ache

Hiya lately ive been having really bad groin ache and its worrying because its really makin me struggle to walk and if im sat down for ages i'll get sharp pains also when im in bed and i try to turn over its really painful :( is it something to worry about or is it because im getting bigger now and its too much weight to carry? im 30 weeks, thanks x

Its normal. It will happen more as you are getting closer to your due date. I had the same thing my last pregnancy. the baby was just just getting lower and putting more pressure on things. Try using a pillow between your legs when you go to sleep it helps to relieve the pressure. Good Luck

I am 24 weeks along and get groin pains about once a week, they are pretty severe and I just stand up and walk it off. That seems to make the pain go away. Either way, it's not fun!

Help me, i am 20 weeks pregnant and i have the same problem. Someeone once told me about something called symphosis pubis Dysfuction. I know you already had your baby but if you could offer any advice it would be appreciated

Oh Thank God, someboyd else has groin pain too. I started this week with pain in my pubic bone./ groin area.. as if the baby was pressing against it with his head of feet or i don;t know but yes sometime it hurts to walk but eventually goes away and then comes back. I a__sumed too that it was because the baby is getting bigger and oh lord i am thinking how the hell am i going to handle the next 3 months???
