Heart Beat At 24 Weeks

Does anyone know what a good heartbeat at 24 weeks is. Mine was around 143 and I am wondering if this is good or too low. Also all day I have had bad side pain on my right side of my stomach could this just be the ligaments streching?

I'm only 19 weeks, but my doctor said 120-180 was normal. Anything in that range is cool. My baby's heartbeat has run 136 (12 weeks) to 168 (8 weeks), so I don't think you need to worry at all. It seems to typically beat from 140-150 bpm. The pain could definitely be ligament stretching. Once again, I'm not as far along as you but I've had similar pain and that's what I was advised it probably was. It pa__sed in a short amount of time. I will also say that I had some really bad pain that turned out to be fibroids (of no concern to the baby), but I doubt that's what it is. Your doctor should have found them on an ultrasound by now if you have them I would think.

It sounds like your ligaments stretching - I've read that it starts in your lower abdomen but goes to your sides as you get farther in your pregnancy. My baby's hb at 18wks was 150 bpm. 143 sounds good :)

At my 24 week appointment my baby's heartbeat was 140. My doctor said that was great. So I am sure your's is just fine!
