Just try and keep it healthy hun. And aslong as you are indeed eating, I dont think you should worry :-))

I try to keep it balanced, but also really go by my whims...for a while I ate oatmeal for breakfast every day and now I'm on a granola and yogurt kick. I try to incorporate some calcium (cheese or yogurt), veggies or fruit, whole grains and some kind of protein every day. If you have the time and inclination to cook a veggie soup could be comforting this time of year and you can get a lot of nutrients at the same time that way. Of course if you are taking a daily vitamin and getting enough fluid, I'm sure whatever you eat will be fine. When I'm in doubt I keep it simple, home made egg salad or toasted cheese :)

I totally know what you mean. You're dying of hunger, but NOTHING appeals to you. I agree with the other posters just to try and keep it as healthy as you can, and fill up on calcium rich foods, veggies, fruits and whole grains. Of course, I think I might fall into that unfortunate category of women have morning sickness in the second trimester. I felt fine during the first, and then during my 13th week started throwing up, and couldn't eat anything. I'm going to talk to my doctor about it at my appointment this week, so we'll see. Anyway, like the other posters have written, try to keep it healthy, and do the best you can. If you're like me, and think you might have second trimester morning sickness, I'd talk to your doc.

OMG i feel the same way. i'm eating a lot less because for one food tastes so bland, so i've been salting up like crazy -which i know isn't very healthy. but half the time i feel like eating anything in particular and just eat a little of something just to get nutrients.

SAME HERE. I always thought when you were preggy you wanted to eat everything. Not true! I get those hunger pains and have no idea what will appeal to me. Sometimes only mashed potatoes and gravy is all I want! I've come to face the fact I'm rarely gonna eat something I like and as long as I can eat and it's good for me, that's all that matters. I just try to eat healthy and try to eat whatever I or my husband had planned on cooking. Who knew eating would become such a dang chore?

I am the same way....14 weeks and that is one way I knew I was pg early cause I normally eat everything in site and now I am so picky. The sound of things make me sick. I can never find anything to satisfy my hunger!!! I crave something and as soon as it is before me...I don't want it. Good Luck!!!

Just go through every food you can think of and see if it sounds good. As soon as something sounds good, get it. Don't wait, do it right then. I found that if I didn't act immediately, I'd lose the moment and throw up. It'll get better, but the stage you're at sucks. I remember that. What I really liked to get my appet_te going was lemons with salt on them. For some reason it helped calm my stomach and helped me figure out what I wanted. I also ate cheese sticks and peaches like crazy. Good luck finding your magic food!
