I haven't slept in weeks. I am 23w5d. I toss and turn, wake up all hot and sweaty, I can't get comfortable, I keep thinking I am going to roll over on my belly and squish my baby, I have insane dreams, and on top of all of that, I get up to pee every 2 hours in the middle of the night. My doctor says insomnia is normal and I can take Tylenol PM or Benadryl, both safe for baby. But I want to go without taking anything to help me sleep, if I can, and I have so far. I grab cat naps when I can to supplement my lack of sleep. I am looking forward to the day I can sleep through the night. Hopefully, it will come before baby gets here!!!

I remember that with my first baby no sleep.. and then none after he was born still no sleep... lol but with him i figured i would be tired enough to sleep at the end of the day, i hope that it doesn't happen again tonight, i need sleep to start work on monday.. we will see i guess... lol

I was having issues for a while because I was taking my vitamins at night. I think it was just the combo of the vitamins and having to pee that was killing me. I basically don't drink anything after 7pm anymore. It's helped me a lot.

I am having trouble sleeping too. Not only do I wake up all the time, I can't get comfortable and I am having very scary dreams!!! I have had them for like a week now. I hope it's normal, but I haven't been watching scary movies, so it's weird. I wake up right after a dream and I am sweating and shaking cause I was so scared in the dream!! I am 19 weeks, and I am a stomach sleeper too, so it is getting a little rough trying to find a good position!
