Sunburn How Bad For The Baby

I was in the sun this weekend and I was putting sunscreen on but still managed to get a bad sunburn. Does anyone know how bad this is for the baby. I am extremely hot because of the burn and my tummy is pretty bad. Any advice would be great. Thanks

The sunburn itself will not affect the baby, your body temp will though. Keep yourself as cool as possible; cool baths, lots of water, try putting aloe vera gel on as well, that will help your burn heal quickly and it feels good too! You should be okay,I did it a couple of weeks ago and actually blistered on my b___bs!! Yuck! Keep your body well moisturized and DON'T DO IT AGAIN!! Re-apply re-apply re-apply:)

I did the same thing this weekend too. I found that cold compresses on the burned areas really helped along with the moisturizer. It takes out the heat really well. I used those gel packs for coolers and stuck them in the fridge, that way they stay cool long.
