3 Weeks And Cramping

This may be an overreaction but I was just curious. I've been on the pill for 7 years and with my husband for the same amount of time. I missed 3 pills this month (not in a row) and doubled up right away. (ie the next day). I've missed before and no problems but I may have concieved this time. If I am pregnant its not a problem, we just have to rearrange some things. I've worked myself up thinking I was pregnant this past summer (amazing what stress can do to you) and this time I'm taking it easy. My period is due Dec 16. I'm having aching cramps. Like a pulling, tingling, heavy sensation. It comes and goes. I don't usually get cramps with the pill but when I do they don't feel like this, and my PAP was fine. My br___ts don't hurt but they have in the past mid pack.I am more emotional, I almost cried when I waited in a Post Office line up for 15 min and was going to be late for work and they wouldn't take my credit card. I don't usually do that. I think it would be funny that the time when I think I'm not pregnant I am. Has any of you had cramps like this? Menstrual, or pregnant? What do the cramps in pregnancy feel like?

Laura, the cramps for all of my pregnancies felt like those from my periods. Missing the pill and doubling up can cause your cycle to react differently, which may account for the strange feelings this time. This is especially the case if you missed any of the pills during week 2. Test anyhow, as you will want to know asap. Good luck.

Thanks for the advice ladies. I figured it would be from the pills. Just curious. And if I am then this baby was meant to be and if not its not. :)
