Back Pains Cramps Signs

For the last 3 days I've had back pain and AF-like cramps, and I'm just wondering if these are common pregnancy symptoms? It could be AF as well, since I haven't seen her since I quit BCP's. Anyone experience this? I don't have other symptoms that I know of yet.

When exactly was your 1st day of your last period?

March 28th, for 2 days. I had some spotting, little pink, when I wiped in early April, but thats it. I've also taken pregnancy tests, last one was last week, and it was (-)

The little bit of pink was around April 18th, I had it when I wiped and after intercourse.

Ouch! In all honesty a + would have been here now! You need to go get a blood test ASAP.

I quit bc at the end of January. I had my priod right away, like I always do on the last week of pills, and then nothing until March 28th. Then mid April i guess, I had spotting for about 2-3 days, but only when I wiped after peeing or intercourse. We've been TTC since quitting BCP. I would say that I've been a little moody at times, (according to DH--hehe) and this week I just got so frustrated over something so small, that I just started crying, and I was flooded with emotion, kinda like PMS. I'm hoping it's one or the other, and that the cramps actually amount to something, whether it be AF or a pregnancy. To see AF would be somewhat of a relief to me, because I'd like to know things are trying to get back on track with my cycles.

Catsmeow, getting off bcp can screw up your cycles but its been 5 months and by now you should have regular periods. You can def. be pregnant but you need to get a blood test .

What exactly would a blood test be useful for, other than determining pregnancy? Sorry, im new to all of this...

Exactly. You need to clear that out before going to see a dr. as to why you havent gotten a normal period.

Supposing your end of March "period" was menstruation starting again, and you got pregnant mid April, then your last home test wyoldl have been at 5 weeks gestational, and a negative fmu hpt at that time is not conclusive. My suggestion is to take a couple more home tests at one week intervals, then make a doc's appointment to see what next. Good luck!
